Anthem está cheio de bugs e problemas, e tanto utilizadores de PS4, como Xbox e PC estão-se a queixar de crashes nos seus aparelhos.
Analisando as queixas dos compradores de Anthem vemos que as queixas amontoam-se, sendo que nenhuma plataforma alcançada está livre de problemas.
A PS4 é quem lidera a lista de queixas, sendo de destacar as questões relacionadas com crashes frequentes. Há aliás um thread no Reddit sobre o jogo, e onde vários utilizadores, maioritáriamente da PS4 se queixam de crashes e de o jogo ter inutilizado as suas consolas.
Eis exemplos de queixas:

My PS4 just hard shutdown while playing Anthem, then I saw this post. It then had issues restarting. It’d come on briefly then shutdown a couple times.
I was alone, in a dungeon in freeplay when the game froze then the PS4 shutdown. Before anyone says, this is not a heat problem (at least in my case). Shutdowns due to heat have their own specific error code.
Also, my PS4 is ‘somewhat’ modded for extra cooling. I’ve re-applied Thermal Paste to the APU. Applied Thermal Pads to the Memory Chips. Have a custom top shell for extra ventilation and a small fan blowing over the chip.I got System Software Error CE-36329-3 when my PS4 finally turned back on. It did a System Storage check and then gave me an error code, then afterwards repaired my SSD because “it was unplugged improperly”. I’ve never had this sort of issue in any game I’ve played, never had a game shutdown my PS4, never had a system software error, nothing like that.
Edit: Confirmed by myself, my brother and another person in the comments, this can also occur if you shutdown your Console while Anthem is still running. After doing so, sometimes when you try to turn your Console back on, it will not respond to ‘controller-input’ power on. Then when touching the power button, it will have the same power cycling issue and subsequent system check and error message.
A Xbox fica atrás em número de queixas de crashes, mas também as têm, e na génese os motivos das queixas são em tudo iguais, sendo que nem a arquitectura diferente da Xbox One X parece evitar que a consola de ter problemas.
Something similar has happened to my Xbox as well.
I was just playing Anthem normally then my game straight up froze and crashed. I turned my Xbox off and attempted to sign back in only for the startup title cards before the menu froze and crashed my Xbox again.
So I hard reset my console (Many, many times) and it refused to let me access the login to sign back into my accounts so I can’t even access any of my shit or play other games that actually work.
I don’t know wtf is happening but I’m going to look into it tomorrow. I’m worried that it might be bricked and I’ll need to get it repaired or if my Xbox is now a block of useless, plastic trash.
Seems like it’s not only the PS4. It locked up my Xbox One X. I crashed to a blank light-blue screen and had to reset. That’s a ‘blue screen of death’, I guess. Never seen one before on a console. How is it even possible when games are supposedly sandboxed? Wouldn’t it be a problem with the system OS?
Já o PC também sofre de crashes, mas acima de tudo as queixas nesta plataforma são mais relacionadas com problemas de performance.
I’ve had my PC hard shut down about 20 times because of it.
I run water on my system, so it isn’t heat (for me) its just a massive software error in events.
O curioso da situação é ser quase consensual que o problema não é de aquecimento, algo que as consolas alertam, mas sim crashes puros e sem aviso, sendo que a situação é claramente devida a qualquer tipo de bug. Os crashes são aleatórios, sem avisos ou sem aceleração das ventoinhas, e os problemas mais graves ocorrem apenas após um crash, ou quando o jogo é fechado.
It’s hilarious that people are trying to dismiss this as a heating issue, honestly. It pretty much exclusively happens when either the game crashes or you’re closing the game, not during normal gameplay.
Further, the PS4 has a specific error message to tell you that it shut down because of overheating, and it doesn’t display that; it displays the same message as when you unplug the power while it’s still running.
A forma como estes jogos de 70 euros aparecem no mercado com estas falhas é inacreditável. Tal demonstra que a fase de análise da qualidade do produto é basicamente inexistente e que estes jogos estão a ser lançados para o mercado antes de estarem verdadeiramente testados.
Tal situação é completamente inaceitável e um brincar com o dinheiro dos utilizadores, pelo que não é de admirar que a Sony esteja a proceder a devoluções de dinheiro perante a entrega do jogo, sem levantar questões, algo que não é sequer muito normal.
